The tea leaves are harvested in the famous Darjeeling region of Northern India and grown biodynamically according to Demeter standards. Due to the high altitude of 1,200 to 1,600 metres, the plants grow particularly slowly, allowing them to develop an exceptionally intense aroma by harvest time.
