Description
This delicious mix of red lentils, vegetables and oriental spices by Alnatura is perfect for quick and delicious meatless burger patties. Enjoy with burger buns or serve with a side of vegetables and a salad.
Preparation: Pour 300 ml of boiling water over the contents of the pack in a bowl. Mix well and let rest for about 10 minutes. Knead well again and form patties with wet hands. Heat oil in a pan, briefly fry the patties on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, you can add a little oil to the dough and bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 °C. Don't forget to flip them. One pack makes about 6 patties.
