Description
This couscous is made from organic wholegrain spelt flour and can be used as 1 to 1 replacement for classic wheat couscous. The small, round grains have a fine, nutty taste and are a delicious ingredient in salads, soups and casseroles. Also great as a side dish.
Method of preparation:
Take 150 g spelt couscous in a bowl. Pour 1.5 times the amount of boiling salted water over it and stir. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the water is absorbed.
