Description
The vegan organic mince by Alnatura is made with peas and broad beans and contains no soy. It is naturally rich in protein and is ideal as a meat substitute in recipes such as Bolognese sauce, chilli sin carne, moussaka and more.
Preparation:
Soak briefly in water or vegetable broth and drain well. Season with your preferred spices, then cook or stir-fry.
