Description
In addition to "Pizza" Aglio e Olio is one of the most famous Italian dishes. "Aglio" is Italian for "garlic" and "Olio" means "oil". The nice thing about this dish is that it really goes really fast, it's sort of "Italian fast food". Boil a portion of pasta and pour off the water. Heat a pan with a generous serving of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add our spice mixture into the hot oil, fry 30 seconds and then add the pasta and salt to taste. Finished! There is a spicier variation of this spice called "Aglio e Olio e Peperoncino".
