Description

Ankerkraut's garlic butter tastes great on a fresh steak or on a delicious baguette, and also gives meals or pastries the finishing touch. Classic Mediterranean herbs like oregano, thyme, basil and rosemary give the butter a delicious Mediterranean flavour.

Preparation: Mix 250 g of softened butter with 1 - 2 teaspoons of spices and chill for two hours.
