The counterpart to the Turf spice mix, the Surf spice mix by Ankerkraut is perfect for dishes with fish and seafood. You can also use it to add a unique flavour to pork and lamb. Ginger, lavender and turmeric ensure a unique aroma.
You can use it as a finishing spice and sprinkle some on grilled fish or meat. Or mix it with oil to make a flavourful marinate for fish or meat.
