Description
Ginger has a fresh, fruity, sharp aroma and is an integral part of many Asian dishes. This special porcelain grater from Japan allows you to grate fresh ginger incredibly finely. Now you can enjoy the full taste and zing of ginger in drinks, dishes and more.
Tip: The grater is also ideal for "juicing" the ginger root. The solid parts of the ginger remain on the grating surface while grating and the juices can run off to the sides. For a warming ginger shot, you can pour the juice from the grater into a suitable container. You can then place the fibres in a tea filter paper and squeeze out the juice.
Cleaning: The porcelain grater is suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher - we still recommend gentle cleaning by hand.
