Ume Su is an Asian seasoning sauce made from umeboshi apricots fermented with lactic acid. Fruity and salty notes and a fine acidity unfold during the fermentation process.
This seasoning sauce is used just like vinegar and is a fine addition to salad dressings, dips, spreads or vegetable dishes.
