Edible seaweed, such as red seaweed, is called nori. This seaweed is dried, toasted and processed into thin sheets. These are perfect for preparing delicious maki sushi variations, filled temaki cones or other sushi specialities.

The characteristic savoury taste is also a great addition to soups, fish, pasta and vegetable dishes. Cut the nori sheets into fine strips or crumble them and sprinkle over your dishes.
