Description
Spelt is one of the oldest types of grain. When growing, wait until the spelt grass is about 20cm high, after which you can use it to make juice. With its green and wonderfully sweet taste, it is particularly suitable for beginners.
Manual:
- Soak the seeds for about 8-10 hours.
- Then spread evenly on moist potting soil.
- Water daily until the leaves are approx. 20cm high.
