This black currant vinegar is based on flavourful wine vinegar and 30% black currant pulp. The fruit taste is balanced out by the slight acidity of the vinegar. With its intense taste and thick consistency, the vinegar goes well with dark sauces for wild game dishes, cheeses and in winter salads.
