Description
Ripe Sicilian mandarins give this speciality vinegar a bold flavour. The sweet flavour of the fruit mingles with the mild acidity of the vinegar. The vinegar goes well with:
- salads (especially with bitter lettuce varieties like chicory, endives, frisée or radicchio),
- hearty vegetable soups
- fried fish, seafood and poultry
Tip: the vinegar tastes great on ice cream or sundaes!
