Description
Birkengold Birch Sugar is the ideal alternative to regular refined sugar. The xylitol used here is sourced from Finland, where it is extracted from the bark of birch and beech trees. Xylitol is ideal for baking and is just as sweet as sugar, but has 40% fewer calories.
Note:
- Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
- Do not consume more than 30 g per serving and no more than 50 g per day.
- Xylitol is unsafe for animals and, like grapes and chocolate, can be dangerous even in very small amounts!
