Description
Brezzo presents a delicious Italian speciality featuring the best selection of mushrooms from forests and meadows. Aromatic straw mushrooms (Volvarea Volvacea), porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related groups), Pholiota mutabilis and shiitake (Lentinus edodes) are preserved in fine olive oil and wine vinegar. You can serve them with salads, on antipasti platters or as an accompaniment to a variety of warm dishes. They are a great addition to sauces and soups too.
Note: Refrigerate after opening and consume quickly.
