Pecorino is one of the most popular cheeses in the world. This extremely tasty pecorino is made exclusively of sheep's milk. Here it is marinated in sunflower oil, refined with parsley and basil as well as spicy chilli and garlic. This aromatic delicacy is commonly found on antipasti platters in Italian homes.
