Description

Piedmont is known for its fine, aromatic chestnuts. This speciality is harvested from majestic chestnut trees growing in its romantic forests surrounded by rolling hills, small villages and carefully-tended vineyards. These chestnuts preserved in syrup are an excellent cooking and baking ingredient and can be used in desserts or meat dishes. A great standby to have on hand in the pantry for refined cuisine with a fine flavour.

Tip: These chestnuts are perfect for soups or fillings for roasts. They are also suitable for vegetarian stir-fries.
