"Tomino" is a regional word meaning "little cheese" in the Piedmont region of Italy. And that is exactly what Tomino is - a young, mildly ripened soft cheese that is perfectly suitable for grilling and roasting. This speciality is marinated in sunflower oil and seasoned with juniper.
