Description
This white wine made from Chardonnay grapes, vintage year 2021, has a brilliant light yellow colour. The aroma of exotic fruits has a hint of vanilla. The bold and elegant wine has a lasting finish.
This wine was produced in collaboration with winemaking pioneer Miquel Gelabert at the Finca Bodegas Ca's Beato in northeastern Mallorca.
Serving temperature: 5-8°C
Pairs well with fish, seafood, grilled squid, white meat and asparagus
