Conte de Cesare Pesto Delicato al Basilico brings all the authentic, aromatic flavour of this traditional Ligurian delicacy to your table. Carefully selected ingredients such as fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts and Sardinian pecorino cheese are combined with fine olive oil to create a creamy, richly flavourful sauce. Perfect with pasta, it can be emulsified with a little of the pasta cooking water to achieve an even smoother and more velvety texture.
