Description
Ceylon cinnamon is very flavourful, delicate and sweet in taste with a light brown colour. It can be used to season fruit, rice pudding and baked apples, but also lamb and poultry. It is one of the main spices in Garam Masala and brings a special flavour abundance to curry.
