Description
So many savoury recipes begin with frying onions. This ghee was created to make that step easier. Ghee+ Onion is infused with the rich flavour of fried onions, so all it takes is a spoonful melted in the pan. There are no visible onion pieces, just the full, aromatic taste. It makes an ideal base for soups and sauces, adds depth to risotto and works beautifully in many other savoury recipes.
