Description

Whether as a savoury “hirsotto”, a vegan base for patties or as a warming breakfast porridge with fresh fruit: this golden-yellow grain adapts to every culinary desire.

Preparation:

  • Wash 125 g of millet.
  • Bring to the boil in double the amount of lightly salted water.
  • Cook for approx. 20 minutes and leave to swell for a further 10 minutes.
