A delicious speciality from North Africa! Pearl couscous is traditionally made from 100% durum wheat and served as a side dish, salad or in tagine dishes. However, it is so versatile that it is now part of the standard repertoire of many creative cooks the world over. Its mild taste and pleasant texture make it a fine accompaniment to many vegetable, fish and meat dishes.
Preparation: For 2 people, bring 100 g pearl couscous in 250 ml water to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Enjoy!
Store in a cool and dry place.
