Description

White quinoa has a mild, slightly nutty taste. In combination with vegetables and fresh herbs, it is a delicious and nutritious meal. Good to know: quinoa grains absorb the flavours of spices particularly well.

Preparation: (100g make 2 servings)

  1. For 100 g quinoa, you will need 250 ml of water (1 measure quinoa: 2
  2. Bring the water to a boil. Add salt to taste.
  3. Add white quinoa and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes until the water has been completely absorbed. Stir occasionally.
