Crémant d'Alsace is one of the best sparkling wines in France. In addition to Champagne, there are several other large and well-known regions specialising in sparkling wine production whic are usually referred to as Crémant. Alsace is one of the best and largest producers of sparkling wines.

This particular Crémant, the Cuvée Julien, is produced using the traditional method, i.e. with the second fermentation in the bottle, as in Champagne and other premium quality sparkling wines.

As soon as you pour it, you can tell from the silky perlage - the fine pearls that wind their way up in the glass - that this is a high-quality sparkling wine. In the Magnum it is a touch finer than in the bottle which means the wine can mature for a few years longer.

Lots of bright fruits on the nose, some chalky minerals and brioche. Complex aroma, fine perlage and great acidity paired with the sweetness of the dosage. This high-quality sparkling wine is a joy to drink and not far from its big brother from Champagne.
