Description
Finally there's a good alternative to regular refined! Fructose-free, sorbitol-free and low in histamines, maize (corn) sugar has the same sweetness as sugar so you can substitute it 1:1 in recipes. Corn sugar is also perfect for icing, because - unlike many other alternative sweeteners - it doesn't make them runny.
Tip for correct dosage:
Use it just like regular refined sugar.
Note:
Please be careful when using maize sugar as it is very finely powdered and like dust. Always switch off your food processor or blender before adding maize sugar.
