This organic fish sauce is made from Austrian organic trout and organic char, using carefully processed fish trimmings. Combined with salt from the Salzkammergut region, the sauce matures over several months to develop a clear, intense seasoning character. The result is a liquid umami base that adds depth and balance to dishes, without any additives or flavourings.
Tip:
Just a few drops are often enough to round off soups, sauces or Asian dishes.
