Made with Austrian rice, this organic shiro miso is a mild, aromatic way to add depth to everyday cooking. After fermentation, it is gently pasteurised, giving it a long shelf life when unopened while preserving its full aroma and flavour. Ideal for enhancing soups, wok dishes, sauces and salads.
Tip:
Dissolve the miso in a little liquid before adding to hot dishes to obtain a creamy, velvety texture.
