Description
Tiger nuts have an exquisite flavour somewhere between hazelnuts and almonds. You can use tiger nuts instead of hazelnuts or almonds in recipes that call for them. Ground tiger nuts by Govinda are particularly high in fibre, gluten-free and lactose-free
Recommended use:
2 tablespoons per day, enjoy with the liquid of your choice (approx. 200 ml), sprinkle over muesli or mix into yoghurt. Can also be used as a substitute for nuts while baking bread and cakes.
