This versatile oven is over 40% larger than the previous model and offers a generous cooking chamber measuring 60.4 x 49.8 x 22.6 cm, with enough space to bake two pizzas at once or prepare complete menus for guests.

Fire the oven exactly as preferred, using traditional wood, convenient gas or aromatic charcoal. An intuitive digital interface shows the air and stone temperature in real time, while two integrated meat probes help ensure meat is cooked precisely to the desired point.

With outer dimensions of 82.6 x 65.2 x 98.6 cm and an oven opening measuring 41.9 x 13.3 cm, this powerful 62 kg oven brings professional performance to the garden.

The oven is delivered fully pre-assembled, so cooking can begin straight after unpacking.

Care instructions:

• Once cooled, the exterior can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a sponge or non-abrasive cloth, or with a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray, then wiped dry.
• At temperatures above 350 degrees Celsius, food residues and burnt-on marks inside the oven burn away by themselves after 3 hours.
• If soot and residue remain, allow the oven to cool completely before removing them gently with a soft brush and light pressure.
• Then use a vacuum cleaner with a plastic attachment to remove the residue from the oven.
