This clever add-on gives precise control over the fire with the convenience of a gas burner, while preserving the rich, smoky flavour of solid-fuel cooking. The included heavy stainless steel wood tray keeps the wood away from the stone floor, helping to reduce debris while improving airflow and creating a stronger flame. The system is powered continuously by a replaceable USB-C rechargeable battery. When a rapid heat boost is needed, the integrated boost mode brings extra power in moments. The set is fully compatible with second-generation oven models and is ideal for cooking surfaces designed for pizzas measuring 30.5 cm and 35.6 cm in diameter, as well as all XL versions.
