The recipe for the braided spaghetti is classic: durum wheat semolina and water come together to form the dough which is traditionally extruded through bronze dies using the "al bronzo" method. This gives the spaghetti the perfect bite and characteristic rough surface.
Recommended cooking time: 8 - 9 min
Serving tip: Serve spaghetti with light, smooth sauces such as a classic tomato sauce. Also delicious with pesto.
