Description
In contrast to young balsamic vinegar, this aged vinegar has been left to mature for 4 years in wooden barrels and is therefore denser and has a more intense taste. It features aromas of juniper, malt and wood. On the palate, roasted notes with a slight aftertaste of caramel. This balsamic vinegar is a delicious condiment with meat, fish and cooked vegetables.
