The sauce is ideal as a base for making homemade kimchi and can also be used as a fiery seasoning while cooking.
Highlights:
- Spicy flavour profile: Pickled chillies combined with fish sauce, garlic, ginger and spices.
- Fruity note: Finished with apple juice concentrate and orange juice for a balanced flavour.
- Versatile: Ideal as a base for homemade kimchi, for marinating or for seasoning stir-fries.
