Description
Lovage has been highly prized as an herb since ancient times for its bold, slightly sweet and sharp flavour. An important seasoning in Austrian cuisine among others.
Tip: Use lovage very sparingly. It is easy to add too much, as its seasoning power is often underestimated.
Uses: cream cheese with herbs, soups, salad dressings, vegetable stews, pulses and braised meat
