Description
With this handy pasta cutter, you can easily make traditional pappardelle without the need for a machine.
Start by rolling out the pasta dough until it is thin enough that you can see your work surface slightly through it. Next, use the cutter to roll over the dough while applying pressure evenly, and carefully separate the strands of pasta.
