Description
This flavourful balsamic vinegar is made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar and produced in the traditional method. The 70% grape must content gives it a delightfully sweet, fruity and spicy flavour while the acidity is rather mild. Add it to salads as a fine dressing. It is also a delicious highlight with meat and fish dishes, cheese, desserts and fruit.
