This concentrated bouillon is ideal for preparing hot pots, noodle dishes and delicious tom yum soup. Its sour, spicy flavour is made up of chilli, tamarind and lemongrass and provides a special taste experience for a variety of dishes.
Preparation:
Use 1.5 litres of water per packet of soup base.
