The fine, bitter Manner Chocolade with 41% cocoa content is ideal for cooking and baking.
Tips on usage: For glazes, creams and many desserts you need liquid chocolate. The best way to do this is to slowly melt the chocolate in a warm water bath. The water temperature should not be higher than 60°C.
