Marcato Flour Dispenser
Thoughtful design, high quality material, I had recently bought a straight sided cylinder dispenser, but it was uncomfortably broad in diameter for my senior hands and no grip to remove the top. This one solves all problems. The base consists of a screw on ring which holds a flat disc in place, no chance of flour build up from slightly damp inner edges. The top simply screws off and on. It's grip friendly shape ensures it's easy to refill if you do run out no matter how greasy or flour slippy your hands have become. It's smaller than most dispensers, which makes it easier to change flours over as baking needs change. It's only fault is the price, nevertheless, not a regrettable buy. Stylish and a gorgeous red shade to boot. Highly recommend.
