Description
An aromatic sour apple juice is extracted from local Austrian apples. While one part is concentrated into apple juice, the other part is fermented into an apple wine, from which the natural vinegar fermentation process creates an unfiltered apple cider vinegar. This is mixed with apple juice, giving it its pleasant, mild flavor.
