Description

The Ashwagandha plant, also known as Indian Ginseng or Winter Cherry, has been used for thousands of years. It grows mainly in Asia, Africa and parts of Southern Europe. The dried roots of the plant are ground to make this vegan and lactose-free powder that is gently produced at under 40°C, protecting the natural ingredients. The plant is highly valued in Ayurveda, a traditional Indian system of healing, and is often used in cases of sleep disturbances or stress.

Recommended use: take 5g of powder with lots of liquid each day. The powder can be dissolved in water, smoothies, juice or tea. Those who are pregnant or nursing should consult with their doctor before use.
