Made from the fresh seeds of white and red grapes! Grape seed flour should always be stored tightly closed in a cool place. Ideal for making breads and pastries or added to cereals and cream cheese dishes.
Tip:
- When baking 10-20% of the flour can be replaced by grape seed flour. Since it absorbs a lot of liquid, adjust the amount of liquid in the recipe accordingly!
