The secret to their pure quality? They grow wild in the untouched rainforests of Sri Lanka, completely free from pesticides. The fair trade curry leaves are gently dried by a partner cooperative of Pfefferdieb. They are then carefully packed by hand to preserve the pure and intense aroma.
Tip:
Briefly toast the leaves in hot oil to release their full aroma at the beginning of cooking. They’re perfect for dals and curries, but also add an exciting, exotic twist to European soups, stews, and potato dishes.
