Rapunzel's Organic Candied Lemon Peel is very aromatic with an intensely fruity taste. Candied lemon peels are cut into small cubes and treated with steam. Corn syrup is then added which replaces the water in the peel.
Lemon peel can be used as an ingredient in baking and to refine a variety of desserts and cakes such as stollen or fruit cake.
