Description
Coconut cream is the perfect ingredient to refine Asian dishes, sauces, spreads, stews, desserts and more. It adds 100% pure coconut flavour and an irresistibly creamy texture.
Made from coconuts grown in Sri Lanka. The coconut paste is ground twice in a colloid mill giving it a homogenous texture that is particularly smooth and fine.
Note: Rapunzel's coconut cream does not contain any additives, therefore coconut fat can separate over time. Warm it up in a water bath (it softens and liquefies at temperatures above 25°C) and stir well to mix in the oil. The quality remains unaffected.

Not coconut cream, just ordinary coconut oil
"Puree of coconut" reads like this product is coconut cream and I bought it for that reason. However, this product does not look nor taste like coconut cream, it looks and tastes exactly like any other ordinary coconut oil. It tastes of nothing but coconut fat, not of coconut pulp at all. I cannot imagine putting this into a smoothie, as it would only make it taste of fat. I am getting increasingly disappointed by Rapunzel products when it comes to any kind of nuts...
