Description
This fine powder is obtained from dried sumac berries which grow in the eastern Mediterranean regions.
The fresh, slightly sour taste goes particularly well with rice, poultry, vegetables, fish and seafood. In Turkey, sumac is placed on the dining table next to salt as a table spice.
