Laganelle is egg pasta with a delicious lemon flavour and the ideal companion to Mediterranean dishes with thyme, mushrooms or seafood. The wonderfully fresh taste comes from the juice of fresh Sicilian lemons.
Cooking tip: In order to preserve the delicate lemony taste this pasta should be gently simmered in hot water and not boiled.
