Description
These penne rigate are bronze drawn using the traditional method and then slowly dried. This traditional process gives them a rough surface. Their own taste is subtle, which makes them versatile in use.
The rough surface, the ridges and the hollow shape ensure that sauces stick particularly well. Serve with meat, tomato, mushroom or cheese sauces or in a savoury pasta salad.
Ideal cooking time: 10 - 12 min.
